There are as many tender databases as there are regions, countries, organisations... hundreds if not thousands...
In the EU one of the biggest is the one managed by the European Union Publications Office - Tenders Electronic Daily (TED). You would find tenders above the EU thresholds there as it is compulsory for public sector organisation to publish their opportunities on this platform when they reach the value of the thresholds.
In every EU country there will be at least 1 national portal, gathering some of the central government tenders and sometimes regional ones.
In pretty much all EU countries there will be regional portals, sometimes local portals, many of the public sector organisations will also have their own portal or publication method.
Indeed, it can be quite a job to find the right tender and to go through many of these databases... That is the reason why we exist and work relentlessly to increase or database reach.
